Your account and orders
Name, e-mail, delivery address if you give one, requests, messages and files: needed for the quote and the order (contract). Kept while the account is active, then 3 years after the last order, or deleted on request. Quotes, payments and receipts: 10 years, an accounting obligation, not deletable.
Audience measurement
Only with your consent: pages seen, referring site, device type, language, and a random id kept in your browser (redrawn on every consent, 13 months at most). Never an IP address or a name. Measured by the site itself, on its own server; nothing goes to a third party. Rows deleted after 13 months. A refusal records only a yes/no count. Change your mind with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page.
Cookies
A session cookie when you are signed in, a language cookie, a referral cookie (“yv_ref”, 30 days) if you arrive through an invitation link, and your consent choice in the browser’s storage (6 months). No third-party cookies.
Security
To protect accounts (legitimate interest): the IP address and the browser are kept with your sign-in session (until 30 days after you signed in, visible in your profile) and for up to 24 hours (a full IPv4 address, an IPv6 address cut to its /64), to limit abuse of sign-in codes and forms.
E-mails
About your order: always. The shop’s offers: only if you switch them on, off in your profile and through the link in every e-mail.
Access, rectification, erasure (except invoices and quotes kept 10 years), portability, objection: use the contact form. You may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
