To commission
Every piece is a commission, made to order. I may refuse any request.
Quotes
A quote is valid 14 days. Comment or ask for changes before accepting. A quote changed after acceptance is accepted again.
Payment
Full payment before printing. Partial payments possible case by case, tracked in your account.
No refunds
Once printing starts, payments are not refundable: material and machine time are spent.
Timelines
Dates are estimates. I keep you posted in your order thread and by e-mail.
Your files
Files, links and your description serve your piece only and are deleted on request.
